What now....

Ok, so the NVC says they sent over an email to Alma, but Alma is not getting it. So I call them over and over asking them if I can give them her direct email address. They tell me they cannot take any info from me as it would be "A national security threat". So Alma keeps telling me she is not getting the approval and NVC keeps telling me they cannot help any furthur. I am at at loss...please pray that something here will work so Naomi can come home :(
