Sick of being sick

Is everyone sick this time of year or is it just us? Well not me, but my family is sick. My husband is really sick, my daughters are sick. It has been like a month now. My girls had the flu, then stuffy noses and sore throats, then rotovirus..TWICE. One kid throws up for a few days..then the other kid throws up. I use lysol spray and hand sanitizer. I don't know what else to do. What can I do to stop them from getting sick? Load after load of clothes and blankets covered in throw up. ICK ICK ICK. Maybe I should never leave the house again. Yeah thats it, agoriphobia here I come!
